If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Limited Edition Collector’s Copies

The Signed & Numbered Collector’s Hardcover Edition of Poeticise is strictly limited to 100 copies.

Each book:

 

    • Is individually signed

    • Is individually numbered

    • Is part of a fixed limited production run

Once all 100 copies are sold, no additional numbered copies will be produced.

Specific numbered copies cannot be requested or guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

3. Pre-Orders

If a product is offered as a pre-order:

 

    • Your purchase reserves a copy.

    • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.

    • You will receive email confirmation when your order ships.

Writer Fluid Publishing LLC is not liable for minor production or shipping delays.

4. Sales Policy & Refunds

Due to the limited and collectible nature of certain products, including signed and numbered editions:

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted once an order has been processed.

Digital products (including eBooks, audiobooks, and soundtracks) are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Shipping

Physical products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Writer Fluid Publishing LLC is not responsible for:

 

    • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

    • Carrier delays

    • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

6. Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, soundtracks, downloadable content):

 

    • Are delivered electronically.

    • May not be copied, redistributed, or shared.

    • Are licensed for personal use only.

Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

 

    • Books

    • Audio recordings

    • Music

    • Designs

    • Branding

    • Website content

Is the intellectual property of Writer Fluid Publishing LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without written permission.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

Writer Fluid Publishing LLC does not store full credit card details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Writer Fluid Publishing LLC shall not be held liable for:

 

    • Indirect or consequential damages

    • Loss of profits

    • Misuse of products

    • Delays beyond reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback after receiving a product may result in:

 

    • Permanent banning from future purchases

    • Collection actions

    • Legal remedies where applicable

We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

11. Changes to Terms
