My Journey
Inspired by the 1976 film Rocky, I started working out as a child — doing push-ups, throwing punches, and chasing strength with whatever knowledge I had.
My fitness journey took a new direction years later when my older brother, a dedicated weightlifter, introduced me to training. Injuries pushed me toward calisthenics, where I found my lane.
